Along with the economy developing rapidly, in the recent 30 years, China experienced large-scaled urbanization; the land war was generated afterward. Nail households, protectively dismantle, house property bubble economy, and their like emerged. The housing problem, an indirect result of the land war was severe in most modern cities in China. In several months, the land price of building in New Jiangwan of Shanghai increased up to its twice. The abundant short-lived buildings are perfect representatives to show us what the investors and developers have done. They didn’t undertake the task to protect the ancient architectures. Where can the land war push our society? What can we acquire from it?
